With its bright salmon pink color, on the nose it is intense, with aromas of rose, strawberry, raspberry and peach, and light notes of licorice. In the mouth it is fresh, savory and elegant.

Grape Variety: Sangiovese 100%
Alcohol: 13.5 % abv
Fermentation: Steel at controlled temperature.
Ageing: 8 months in steel.
Food pairings: First and main courses of fish. Excellent with pizza.
Serving Temperature: 10 – 12 °C
