Protection of Personal Data

This document contains our rules on the processing of personal data. These rules concern navigation on the site and are based on Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018, which concerns the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, and which repeals Regulation (EC) No. 45/2002.
Although it is possible to browse this site without having to provide personal data, in some cases these are necessary to use the electronic services requested. In any case, we process this data in full compliance with the aforementioned regulation and, in this privacy policy, we explain in detail the specific use we make of it.

Electronic services

By ‘electronic service’ available on we mean a service made accessible via the Internet, and which may have the following purposes:
a. Allow communication between and its users.
b. Allow users to purchase products available on the online store.
There are three types of electronic services that offers (or, presumably, will offer in the future):
1. Information services, issued through the contact form or through the other contact channels available (telephone, email, company pages on social networks);
2. Interactive communication services, released through links to the company pages on social networks and through our blog.
3. Services that allow the purchase of products available in the online store, issued through the forms encountered during the purchase process.

Categories of personal data and their treatment

On a case-by-case basis, the electronic services released by collect the following personal data.

Category 1

Name and surname, company name, physical address, telephone number, email address.
These data are transmitted to the data controller.
The contact form on the “Contacts” page and the purchase form allow you to give or not to give consent to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes. If you give your consent, Terre d’Aquesia may decide to use your data to include you in the audience of certain promotional campaigns. In any case, we will never directly transmit your data to third parties.
The data is stored (for a maximum of one year) at a third-party hosting server, which is required to guarantee their protection and confidentiality pursuant to regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

IP address, navigation path data.
These data (see also under the ‘Cookies’ section) are transmitted to third-party plugins that manage traffic on The data controller does not have access to such data. Credit card details (number, expiry date, security code).
These data, entered at the time of a purchase, are transmitted to the Stripe third-party plugin, which securely manages transactions on our online store. The IP address and the navigation path are collected through analytics cookies. Our banner for cookies allows you to choose, before starting to browse on, whether to accept all cookies, including analytics cookies (“Accept” button, opt-in) or to accept only the cookies strictly necessary for operation of the website (“Refuse” button, opt-out).
